Tia's Shop.com is   an on-line e-commerce store. Therefore, we are able to offer our customers products at very competitive prices.

Please note the pictures shown are exact item/colour that you will receive but, the picture's are for illustration purposes only and some items/colour may differ - especially if you are buying wholesale products that are Hand-made therefore,  It is important to note that each hand-crafted item is truly unique. Each product  embodies an individuality and uniqueness that cannot be found in any other item. The product that is shipped to you may vary slightly in colour and pattern than the one you see on our website. This variation in colour and pattern is characteristic of hand-made arts and crafts and adds to their natural beauty.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION

Full refunds are offered for any reason an item is cancelled within 3 days of purchased/not required or cannot be supplied, unless an alternative item is offerred and accepted.     Please note certain items e.g   lingerie are non-refundable therefore, if you have any doubt about a product on our website please feel free to contact us prior to purchase by completing our contact us form we will endeavour to answer any questions within 24 hours.   For refunds please e-mail us on refund@tiasshop.com by return.   Please note not all products sold by Tia's Shop comes with guarantees and refunds please check prior to purchase.

RETURNS

Faulty goods must be returned unused and in the same condition it was despatched with all the original wrapping   within   7 days of receipt   and you   must send us an e-mail within 24 hours of receipt notifying us giving a reason for your return  to returns@tiasshop.com     for a replacement or refund if goods are not in stock   therefore, you must contact us immediately as we have to adhere to our manufacturer's/suppliers trading conditions. Any costs related to returned goods will be bourne by the customer.  Once we receive your e-mail we will send you an return postal address.

We do not accept returns on certain clothing items due to Hygine purpose and charges are at the discretion of the management.

Replacement item   will be despatched within 14 days of receipt of the damaged items.

We will endeavour to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours of receipt.

Our products are purchased from Worldwide including UK supplier's. Some items despatched are with Tags and some without and end of line ex-stocks at low prices. All goods are subject to availability and can be withdrawn from sale without prior notice.
