We value your custom therefore; we do not sell or trade your personal information to anyone.
We do need your name, e-mail address and delivery address to dispatch items you have purchased and your e-mail address is only used if we need to contact you regarding your purchase. If you wish to be notified of new items/sales you can sign up and submit your request.
Please note the pictures shown are exact items/colours that you will receive but, the picture's are for illustration purposes only.
Tia's Shop is an on-line e-commerce store. Therefore, we are able to offer our customers products at a price that you can afford.
Shipping
We do our best to ensure that the product you receive will be outstanding in terms of quality, design, and without any defects. All items are professionally packed to avoid damage during transit. Items in stock will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours upon clear payment. Orders are shipped by Royal Mail postal service or via an International courier delivery between 7 to 28 days. Postal cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages.

Wholesale - Items will be dispatched within 1 - 3 days of payment and expected postal arrival time subject to customs clearance between 14 to 28 days.Commissioned work - Jewellery made to order - we will notify you immediately of time scale to process upon receipt of your order.
Payments
We use PayPal for Secure on-line payments - You are protected by paypal customer protection so, if you have a problem with your purchase you can claim and get your money back. Your payment details will not be made available to us therefore, it's safe and secure. Returns & Refunds
If the item has been damaged in transit or received an incorrect product and is significantly different than that advertised online please contact us immediately so we can provide you with a return address. When returning an item(s) please make sure you use all the original packaging and everything that came with the products and please do not write, stick or glue anything on the product package that can damage the item.
Damaged items you must inform us at customerservice@tiasshop.com immediately to obtain a reference number and how to file a claim. Refunds not accepted if the product is advertised as "Vintage" or "Antique" and for reasons such as "the item looks old, used." The product does not match your clothing/design theme. You will be responsible for return postage to the return address we provide to you. Due to Health and Hygiene we do not accept returns/refunds on Earrings.
